Through this site, engineers and purchasing managers can request Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), use resistance simulators, and place orders by the ton. Access to simulation tools does not constitute personalized professional advice.
The user agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering and placing orders. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. It is not permitted to use the platform for purposes other than those intended, nor to place orders that exceed the declared technical capabilities of the products.
Ambermere is not liable for damages resulting from the incorrect use of products, failure to consult the technical data sheets, or application of materials under non-recommended conditions. Resistance simulations are for guidance only and do not replace specific laboratory tests for each project. Ambermere's maximum liability in any claim is limited to the value of the purchased product.
Orders are placed by the ton and are subject to stock availability and production capacity. Delivery times are agreed upon in each purchase order. Ambermere reserves the right to reject orders that do not meet minimum volume requirements or that involve unforeseen logistical risks.
All content on the site, including technical data sheets, simulators, texts, and graphics, is the property of Ambermere or its licensors. Total or partial reproduction without express written authorization is prohibited.
Ambermere may modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be published on this page and will take effect 30 days after their publication. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the new terms.
Ambermere may suspend or cancel a user's access who violates these terms, without prejudice to any applicable legal actions. The user may request the cancellation of their account by written communication to the contact address indicated.
